Who is Loomis Fall? Actually, that’s not the right question to ask. A more befitting question would be “Where did Loomis Fall come from?” because not a one of us here has any real clue. Some think he popped out of the ground or fell from the sky. Me, I’m of the belief he was conceived by a sexual wrinkle in time and space and quarked into existence exactly as he appears today. Seriously, I first met Loomis in 1996 and he’s looked the exact damn same since—give or take a few minor wardrobe adjustments.
