Some think he popped out of the ground or fell from the sky. Me, I’m of the belief he was conceived by a sexual wrinkle in time and space and quarked into existence exactly as he appears today. Seriously, I first met Loomis in 1996 and he’s looked the exact damn same since—give or take a few minor wardrobe adjustments.
